My wife and I went to Longhorn last night and she decided she wanted the filet mignon and lobster tail. I had chicken.

When the filet arrived, it was easy to see when she cut into it that something wasn't right. It was mushy -- as if it was frozen, thawed and frozen again before cooking. Against her nature, I let the waitress know that it wasn't good when she asked how things were.

The waitress, who was very good and very helpful, worked with her management to get a new steak for my wife. The second steak was a night and day comparison to the first. It was exactly how a filet should be.

So, while they didn't get it right the first time, they did fix it when told of the problem.
