It is a Fairfield but it is becoming run down, the rooms are getting old, out TV remote didn't work, the first room they put us in was full of machines to make the room not smell, then they moved us. The shower curtain was sagging off the wall, the towels are very worn. It was safe and comfortable, but not to the quality of many other Fairfield Inns I have stayed in.

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for you feedback about your stay at our location. Please accept our apology for the amenities of the room not being up your expectations. However, I am glad to share with you that our property is scheduled to be fully renovated later this year. I shared your feedback with my housekeeping department to correct this situation so that it is not repeated for you or any other customer.

We checked in for one night on our way back home. The room and the bathroom was older, but clean. The beds slept well. The clerk was super nice. The pool looked murky but we decided to give it a try anyway. BIG MISTAKE!! There was chunks of hair floating around. I called the front desk and was told they would have it taken care of right away but the thrill was far gone by that point.Parking is free. Complementary breakfast is offered but I don't eat breakfast so.....
All in all, it was ok for the night. I would probably try to check in at the Courtyard next door if we had to stay longer.

This was a nice hotel for 1 night on our way back home. The room was clean, the bathroom was on the older side, but clean. The shower & water pressure was good. The beds were comfy. The indoor pool was so so-- water was pretty cold, but the room itself was very hot. There were no pool towels left at 8pm, so we had to use room towels. I could've asked for more at the front desk though. The clerk was very nice & friendly. The comp breakfast was fine. We liked the Jimmy Dean sandwiches, similar to what you'd get at McDonalds. Overall, good for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to stay a week here.

Stayed here for one night.
Hotel was clean.
No problems with rooms. Hotel gave us 2 adjoining rooms (double queens).
Breakfast was good. And well stocked. Love the waffle maker.
Nice neighborhood - felt safe parking car for the night.

Room Tip: Stayed on 3rd level in back. No noise problems.

We stayed here en route to upstate South Carolina. It was late at night when we arrived. Check-in was fast, friendly and efficient. The room is a standard Fairfield Inn room. Nothing special, but most importantly, it is clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast is standard Fairfield Inn fare, but items were well stocked. On a weekday, this hotel is one of the most reasonably priced properties in the Marriott chain, it is one that we recommend and will return to in the future.

Stayed here for a holiday weekend. Functional hotel, but beginning to show its age. Very clean but smallesh room with a few annoying things, thin and tiny towels that are scratchy to use, shower liner too short for the rod so always water on floor. If you need to find the front desk person look out front where their on the bench smoking.

Not sure why when the sign says Marriott they don't pay more attention to this stuff.

I booked this hotel as I had a funeral to attend to in Charlotte. I cannot say enough about this hotel. Great staff, good breakfast and quiet ( though the parking lot was filed with cars). It is right off of I 85 which makes Charlotte very easy to get to - within 15 minutes. Shopping and restaurants literally around the corner and down the street in either direction. Room was nice and comfy. All in all a great stay.
