Bring the bug spray! Went for an after dinner round of mini golf and go carting and found us to be dinner. In the middle of the course was a black water water fall and pond that soon after arrival came to life with Mosquitos. The Mosquitos were so bad the kids begged to quit playing and escape to the safety of the building.
After regrouping inside the building we made a decision to attempt to ride go carts. We ventured to the go cart track ( had a sign selling bug spray for $4.75 ) to find it was cash only, I went back inside to use their on site ATM. I went to use the machine and was warned by another client that the machine did not dispense any money but charged his account.
We Did not find the staff friendly!

I know that giltz isn't everything, but this is a bit worn looking. The golf was fine, although several of the ponds were stagnant, and several of the holes were a bit rough. My son, who rides 54" go-karts back home, was told he was too short - so we didn't ride at all. The ice cream was fine for the kids to get a cone, but it is standard cheaper soft serve. It was fine for a game of golf and an ice cream for the kids.

Just about every hole on the 18-hole course had 2 or three pins. Neither the scorecard nor the course-markers had a par on them, so you didn't know how you were doing. They were cleaning the ponds the day we were there, so the smell of rotting, organic material was heavy and odoriferous during our visit.

Timing is everything. One evening we were there and we were able to take out time through the golf course. Next night, way too many people to even think about playing.
The mini golf is fun and very different. Lots of turns and slopes. It is very nicely landscaped.
The carts were not so fun. An adult has to drive for younger kids. Not a problem except I could hardly fit. And the course has bumps which make it less enjoyable. We did not try other types of carts due to expense of the whole place.
We would go again just for the minigolf, but depends on the crowd.
