My wife were in Franklin for the Scottish festival on Saturday 06/15/2013 after sampling some very good Scottish food and enjoying the music at the festival. we saw a sign for good country home cooking. I can tell from a cooks point of view that the food at Corbin's does not come close to any kind of home cooking unless you are a patient in a low-class retirement home. All the side dishes were very bland with no seasoning at all. The fried fish was cold, the beef stroganoff was very dry and had no mushrooms or sauce when we complained the cook came out and poured milk into it and stirred it around, the Pork was setting in some or kind of broth and had no seasoning and very large chunks .the deserts were small and brought to us by the server so i guess you were only allowed one serving.we did not try the salad bar as it was just your typical salad fixings.A word of advise to the cook (Get some cooking lessons)
