“Beautiful isn't enough to describe Duke Gardens”
Reviewed May 8, 2013

Beautiful sites and smells everywhere you walk. The Terrace Gardens take your breath away. The peaceful asian pond is exactly that - after walking the gardens a great place to relax and meditate. Definitely a must see if you are in the area. The blooms change regularly so you could never get bored. You could spend hours here, bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the atmosphere.

“Springtime at Duke Gardens”
Reviewed May 2, 2013

We loved our visit. Beautiful colors although we missed peek blooming by a week or so. Would recommend this attraction to anyone visiting the Durham area. So much plant variety and coloring your eyes don't know what to look at!

“Beautiful Gardens on the Duke Campus”
Reviewed April 26, 2013

Wonderful way to enjoy nature after a college visit. We had two teens and a six year old and there was something for everyone here. The weather was perfect in early April. Visitors must pay for parking.
