We ate here while on a gourmet food tour, so we just had 1/4 of the burger and I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since. We were from out of town or I'd have been back already! Seth was great. He came out and talked to our group for a bit about the ingredients he uses and his meat. Really don't want to miss this place and the pizza place he is opening right behind this place is sure to be a hit as well!
