Perfect stay; great welcome, clean and spacious room and great breakfast.
We found this place during a roadtrip in the USA and were there only for one night but it couldn't have been better, a pleasant surpise, a hidden gem and like I said a perfect stay.

We were traveling from Florida to our home in Pennsylvania. Usually our mid-way stop is around Savannah but we decided to go a bit further north this time. My husband found the listing for Simply Divine on the internet. Being lovers of antiques and history, we decided to make a reservation. What a great decision! The house is amazing and the hosts, Carmen and Rob, were wonderful! Rob's breakfast sweet potato pancakes were delicious! We will definitely return!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay half way between Washington DC and Savannah Georgia. The Inn is lovely, well maintained, and the hosts, Rob and Carmen, could not have been nicer. We also ate dinner there and it was an absolutely delicious and wonderful meal. And they are pet friendly! Would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A really beautiful B&B! I could go on and on about how beautiful the building was but for us, Carmen and Rob were the main attractions. They really make you feel at home and were so welcoming. They even had no issues with hosting our Portuguese water dog. Also, when chatting with the other guests, most of them were repeat visitors. This will always be our home away from home when traveling from now on. See you again soon!

Our family of four stayed one night during a Campbell University visit.
This is the first time we've ever stayed at a B&B and were genuinely impressed with Carmen and Rob and their beautiful home.
They were both so warm and welcoming it felt like a home away from home.
We plan on staying here during future visits!
