The Pickled Peach is one of our favorite spots! The food is exceptional. The menu rotates but some of our favorites have been the fried green tomato BLT on sourdough, also LOVE the Mexican black bean and beef soup and the meatball sub with fresh mozzarella was amazing as well. Love the fun selection of drinks and chips, too. The ingredients are always fresh and you can definitely tell. Higher quality than your average lunch spot for sure, our family loves that they actually care what they are putting in the food at this restaurant.

When my family
moved to this quaint town a few years ago we felt like a place to eat high quality food on a whim while strolling through town was lacking. We could not be more thrilled that The Pickled Peach is just what we needed to fill that void!

Meeting friends for lunch in the soothing atmosphere inside/out, grabbing an early dinner after visiting the library with the kids, & eating fresh, seasonal sandwiches, rich, nutrient-filled soups, & protein packed salads has never been so easy! My kids gobble up the ham, brie, & pickled peach on challah (our fav) + I crave the collard wrap which satisfies my gluten free diet. We also cannot resist sharing a GF cookie or brownie that I seriously cannot believe is actually GF!

We cannot get enough! It is my familes go-to spot in town. We love The Pickled Peach & love meeting our friends there on a regular basis.

A true edible gift to the Greater Lake Norman community!

This is a farm to table type of place with a lot of options that all sounds delicious. It is an order at the counter type place with a nice patio for seating. I had the spinach salad and the chicken and dumpling soup. I could of/should of skipped the soup...nothing special. But the salad was fantastic and worth returning for. I also got a coconut chew cookie and that was delicious! Overall this is a nice cafe and the food is good but the prices are high so be prepared. 3 ladies for lunch soup and salads for all and 2 cookies over $60 which wouldn't have been an issue at a sit down style restaurant but order at the counter and no service for over $20/pp was pricey.

The prices are high. I feel like if they are going to charge this much they need to explain why their product is of such high quality. The food was okay but it wasn't anything special. With a drink and a side we are talking about 15.00 bucks per person. Small inside. I bet it will be a hit during the summer farmer's market. hopefully, the prices will come down or the menu will give more of an explanation of the sandwiches and salads (i.e. non GMO, organic, etc)

nowsthetime, thank you for giving us a try in the first few weeks we were open. I'm sorry you didn't see the value in the meal you had. t hope you've had a chance to come back and see/hear more about the food we serve. It's important to us to serve food with story, which means we source most of our ingredients from small producers, as well as local and organic farmers. We now have a board that lists where all of our meats, produce and other products are sourced, and we have begun sharing some of the food stories on our Instagram and Facebook accounts.

This small restaurant has outdoor seating with heaters and a few stools and counter around the walls inside. The salads are exotic and the sandwiches unusual. We tried the turkey with avocado and sun dried tomatoes and the ham and brie and pickled peach on brioche. Delicious! The service is slow as they only recently opened and are still getting their rhythm going. Very pleasant and helpful.
