Owner description: Mills Means More! More stores. More brands. More savings. More fun. The largest shopping and entertainment destination of the Carolinas serving Cabarrus, Mecklenburg and other surrounding counties. Concord Mills is located just off I-85 at exit 49, just one mile from Charlotte Motor Speedway. A wonderful climate controlled indoor mall, featuring over 200 stores including manufacturer and retail outlets, off-price retailers, and unique specialty stores ranging from women’s apparel to sporting goods to jewelry. Enjoy retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Nike Factory Store, Banana Republic Factory Store, Ann Taylor Factory Store, Tommy Bahama Outlet and more. A festive food court, a 24-screen AMC theatre and North Carolina’s only Bass Pro Shops are also part of the shopping adventure. Also, while you are visiting, we have even more choices in stores in our sister mall, SouthPark, located in South Charlotte. So from the entire Concord Mills team, we hope that you will visit us soon!

“Wear comfortable shoes cause you will shop tile you drop!”

My third time there and I will go back. A lot of ground to cover so don't take little kids if you have a choice. go early for best parking. Wear tennis shoes and crossover body bag. Rent cart if you are buying lots. It will be worth the money.

“Coupon book was worth it”
Reviewed August 16, 2011

We arrived at opening on a Saturday morning. Parking was readily available. I would suggest having or making a plan about which stores you want to go to. We certainly did not visit every store and spent about 8 hours at the mall. I agree with others comments about a lack of seating and inconvenient bathroom placement. I did appreciate an area they have near the bathrooms for nursing mothers and adults who need assistance toileting and it included a small toilet perfect for a child potty training. Also, if you have kids avoid Dave and Busters. We love the restaurant but unless you are willing to spend some time and money playing arcade style games. I wish more of the stores were true outlets but the map lets you know which ones are outlets and which ones are not by the *. We really enjoyed the Lego store and Disney store. Also, we were able to get the coupon book for free (found a flyer for a free one at our hotel). But customer service stated that they normally charge $2.50. We easily saved that much.

“Little of everything”
Reviewed August 5, 2011

Shop, people watch, watch a movie, eat. Everything a big mall should have. Should have more seating throughout, but then already has more than most malls. I like the layout, except the bathrooms are few and then they are another walk just to get to them. Best store for me is Bass Pro. and for the wife, a very large VS.

“Great Place to Shop and Stay Cool beating the extreme heat !”
Reviewed July 22, 2011

It's overall clean, can be crowded at time, plenty of shops, places to eat at a reasonable rate, too. It's close to Bass Pro Shops -we really liked that place, too. Bath & Body Works is my favorite place to visit in any mall.
The kids enjoyed their time spent in the mall, we had alot of fun and bought some real nice clothes, shoes, etc.., If your looking for a place to go to get out of the extreme heat during the summer months, spend a couple hours inside this nice air conditioning mall, browse all the shops and get a quick bite to eat, all in the same place.

“What a Beautiful Mall!”
Reviewed November 14, 2010

This mall was such a beautiful mall to see! There are a lot of stores to choose from, and it is a good mile-long walk if you're looking for some exercise!

The food Court was clean and had lots a space to sit, as well as many different food choices for different tastes and prices.

The decor was so nice too....it was clean and attractive to the eye. The different places to enter made it easier to get to where you had to go without walking the entire mile.

Bass Pro Shops was amazing too! Even if you are not looking for anything outdoorsy, go in and see the giant fish tank with the giant fish in it...you will not be disappointed!

Overall, I will definitely go back to this mall when I return to the Concord area...it was great!
