My wife treated me to a Ruth's Chris steak dinner, and I had no complaints whatsoever. Our server, Bill, stood out for congenial professionalism. I had a perfectly prepared rib eye, along with sautéed mushrooms and the house salad, and my wife chose the lamb chops and asparagus cuts. We let Bill select our wine, and each enjoyed his choice. The helpings were large enough that we took home a bag of stuff that we converted into "ribeye burritos" and two mushroom omelets . . . plus a lamb chop to boot. The fact that our plates came to the table at 500-degrees F. meant we could keep our veggies hot and you know how quick veggies revert to room temperature. All in all, an expensive experience, but suitable for an occasional outing.
