You get what you pay for at this place!

My wife and I made the mistake of not booking a hotel prior to getting to Cherokee. Due to some tournaments most places were booked but we found this place for the night. Thankfully it was one night because I'd have checked out if I needed to stay longer. The beds are super firm, the jacuzzi tub in the room barely had any power to it, the a/c cut off at night and best of all our door to our room didn't secure properly.

My wife and I left to go to the car, came back to see the door cracked open. I stepped in, noticed all was safe, come to find out that the door wasn't properly securing so I let front desk know.

The Jets in the jacuzzi tub are horrible, worse tub of any hotel I've ever stayed in. I told management this and I was told they work you just need to push the button, um I did they didn't have any thrust to them whatsoever. You want a jacuzzi tub with some force behind it.

Lastly make sure you leave the fan running on the a/c unit all night because our a/c cut off in the middle of the night. I advised management and they said oh it's working fine. I asked for a partial refund and was denied.

As I stated in the beginning you get what you pay for so buyer beware!

We came into Cherokee on a Saturday evening with no reservations. I googled hotels in the area, and this one came up. It was already showing as one of the more inexpensive room rates so we were a little leary. But once we got there, we were greeted with very helpful front desk clerks. We were most pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and how updated the room was. It had a nice sitting lounge on our floor, and we particularly enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub. Breakfast was presented well (no bacon/sausage). We would definitely return.

Room tip: our room had a very nice jetted tub

Nice place to stay! Rooms and hotel were clean. Staff was friendly! Prices were affordable and in a quiet location in Cherokee only two miles from the casino. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to the area.

Rooms were clean, great shower, bed was comfortable, and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. First time staying in this hotel and will definitely book again. Convenient to downtown and casino, while being in a very quiet location.
