My family checked in for a weekend trip to celebrate my son's 6th birthday. We dropped our luggage and went out sightseeing. Upon return, I found the shower curtain to have a lot of black mold at the bottom (I have pics of the moldy curtain). I asked the front desk to replace it. I WAS TOLD that the hotel had NO EXTRA CURTAINS BECAUSE THE OWNERS WERE TOO CHEAP TO BUY EXTRAS. I had to go get my own.
My son sneezed the entire time we were there. I am so thankful that he is not severely allergic to mold. When checking out I told the nice ladies about our experience. I was told that the girl the night before was just too lazy to get up. She said that the manager or herself would be calling me the next day (Monday). The discount wouldn't process.
By Tuesday, I still hadn't heard from anyone so I called. I left a message with the desk and was ensured the manager would call later that day. The full charges posted that day. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE MANAGER!!!! I can't believe the manager wouldn't even bother to follow up. It is unacceptable for no one to take responsibility!
