The room was a nice size, furniture was a little worn. Had dinner at the buffet, it was poor at best.
Casino has many slots, and all of them are tighter than my mothers girdle. You might as well roll your vehicles window down and throw your money out...and...be done with it. I will not go back.

Just came back from there last night. Beautiful large rooms. Very clean. only it's a long walk from hotel to casino. Casino has lots of slots but payoff is very poor next to nothing.Very large bathroom , large tub with molded seat .Refrigerator in room.

Room Tip: get room near elevator not so far to walk. Lots of walking

This is my 4th time staying here and it gets better every time. I remember when this place was first built and it is so different now. I am not sure who is responsible but they need a pay raise. Once your inside the hotel you will forget that you are in the mountains of NC and you will think you are in a big city casino. The staff is great and there are a lot of food options. There is also a ton of things to do outside the hotel so when you are tired of gambling go see all the Cherokee Nation has to offer.

a/c filters are always dirty. dust at the top of the mirrors in every room. take the steps in the video to check your room as soon as you arrive. windows don't open and it gets very hot in the room with out the air in minutes. If the power goes out leave if you can't sleep. Without the Casino this hotel would not do any business. Stay at the Baymont Inn instead if you can. .......... ... ........ ............... ............ .... . ...
