We stayed here for a weekend seminar and expected a full service traditional hotel. The front desk convinced us that the club level ($30 extra per night) would be worth it because they charge an internet fee for each device you use in the other rooms! That's a new way to gouge guests. The club level was disappointing--the club lounge didn't offer much and they ran out at breakfast before the closing time and didn't refresh the food.
We requested a refrigerator since they are not included in the rooms. The first one was broken. The second one they brought had no shelves or wire holders so the door was useless for holding bottles. Asked about a 3rd fridge and were told they had no more. There was a big green stain on the carpet. Towels are small and thin.
At checkout we were overcharged about $90, so check your receipts carefully. Luggage carts aren't available--you have to wait for a bellman to come, which can be a lengthy wait.
My husband said the meeting room he was in all day Saturday and Sunday was freezing--he had to wear a jacket!
We would not stay here again. If the future seminars are held here we will stay at another property and drive to the meetings.More
