I've been to Georges for lunch and dinner. The food is great overall but I think lunch is the better value. The place can be spendy. They have nice but not overdone French food. I've gotten to the point where I often just order their to-die-for brussels sprouts (yes you read right) and not much else because they're that good. Yes. There is nice outdoor seating and you can have a good celebration here. The decor is nice and intimate. It's a good place for a meal with friends or for a couple. I'm not too sure I'd bring the kiddies here unless they're well-behaved. There are other places for that, ya know?

We had friends herefrom New York so we wanted yo make sure the restaurant was as good as the NY restaurants we had visited. Our friends raved about the food and atmosphere at George's. So glad we took them.

Upon entering you notice the decor which is understated yet elegant without being overdone. The service is fast but not rushed like some other places in the South Park area.
The French onion soup is a must, and the chicken salad with candied walnuts is to die for!
This is a must do if you are in the area.

first two visits were merely ok-average service, decent food, very nice ambience. Gave it a third try and it was bad. One of my complaints is that I have never seen what appears to be a professional manager on duty to ensure things are running smoothly. This last time it appeared that a woman around 30 or so was manager on duty, she was supervising the girls working the front desk. She was blonde and had on a black and white dress. Her behavior was bizarre and unacceptable. The lounge was busy, granted. But on two occasions she literally ran thru the lounge area, almost at a full sprint. Then she walked up to a customer, a man about her age, and began engaging in hugs and kisses. She then begins rubbing his shoulder and back, and next is
rubbing his butt, if front of everyone. Many customers are waiting for service, we were waiting for our check(it took us 21 minutes from the time we asked our waitress for the check to get it). She then runs behind the bar and fixes two drinks. I think she is finally trying to help out. Wrong. She takes the two drinks and goes and sits down with the man she had been fondling.
We are done with the place until they get professional management that makes it clear they care that you are getting your money's worth.

Went for Sunday Brunch. The atmosphere is Parisian. The food is great. We had the eggs Benedict and quiche. Both were good. The service was friendly and professional. A very pleasant experience.
