I've eaten at Hasaki a dozen times over the last 6 months and it has been good every single time. The food is cooked to order and they handle a large volume of office workers grabbing a hibachi style meal for lunch. The dining room is large and there is a good amount of outside seating. To beat the lunch crowds, go early around 11:30 or late around 1:30. Hitting the place at noon will put you in a line sometimes 20 people deep, although the Hasaki register staff can move through that line quickly.
