We stopped in recently on a Saturday night before going to a concert at the Performing Arts Center. Got there before the crowd-only one other table had people at it. It took longer than I expected to get two glasses of water-wondered how far the waitress had to go to get them. The food was ok-the egg roll had ground chicken, the spring roll just veggies. The chicken with cashews and the chicken with vegetables were tasty, both rather salty, but they arrived at our table warm-not hot. The fried rice arrived in a covered container and was steaming-very good. We were walking down the sidewalk later and passed a thai restaurant where people were eating outside and saw some food brought to the table obviously steaming-on a warm July night. That's the way it should be.
