No issues with our stay. Staff was very cordial and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the entry and exit to the hotel. It located at a very busy intersection and not clearly marked. But again, not sure what else can be done.More

I use this property often, mostly because of it's convenient location. It is on of the rare courtyards that has a floor below the main floor. Huge parking lot. I conduct training sessions here and they always perform to my expectations

Nice place for late night arrival very near airport. Looks like an older facility upgraded to a Courtyard. Not any issue with that. The property was in good repair. The area around the hotel was very nice with lots of trees as well. Easy access to freeway.

As with most airport hotel/motels, they get heavy use and therefore are often beat up a bit.
Front desk was excellent and did acknowledge my Marriott status.Trying to actually get to property late afternoon was a challenge due to traffic.
Place needs a rehab sooner than later. No problems with stay - just needs a sprucing up.

We arrived at this hotel after our flight was cancelled and our trip interrupted. After poor customer service from American Airlines it was refreshing to be greeted with friendly faces. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The shuttle drivers were great and dropped us off to local restaurants for supper and then breakfast. There is a restaurant on site, but we were travelling with kids and waiting for a flight so we wanted to pass away as much time a possible by going out eat. The drivers were more than willing to take us to the drugstore for some supplies and to a playground. The front desk staff gave more than "lip service" to their welcome - they really tried to make us feel wanted even if our stay was only one night !

I was a speaker at a conference there. Anthony Mosby (chief engineer) set up the sound system perfectly with great attention to detail and friendliness beyond expectations. Gabby and Krizty in the Bistro restaurant were very helpful in serving me a little early due to my speaking schedule and even made sandwiches to go for the afternoon since the Bistro isn't open at lunch. These guys are the reason I am a Platinum member at Marriott -- it's the best hotel customer service culture on the planet. (Just a note on the poor rating on the location. It IS close to the airport, that's a plus, but it is not friendly walking distance to anywhere. HOWEVER, their shuttle drivers are happy to take you anywhere locally. (Especially Tony)
