PLEASE do not believe these other reviews. My husband is currently staying at this vile "hotel." Flop house seems to be a more accurate description. Upon arrival, the room was 100 degrees. The towels had remnants of men's hair on them. The fridge needed to be cleaned. The sheets appeared dirty. What a welcoming sight! Upon waking up, he had to borrow the iron AND ironing board from reception. Apparently the ENTIRE hotel uses these two items. Wi-fi SUCKS. Also, to top it all off the continental breakfast was coffee and bug juice, err, orange juice. This is because the key that stores all the food broke off in the lock and this was the best the manager could do. As for the manager, my husband is convinced he killed the prior owners and quietly took over. It is impossible to find another room right now... DNC is coming to town. However, as soon as he leaves, I will be calling the main office demanding some type of reimbursement. In short, RUN, RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: Sleeping in your car is a more desirable option.

Last month I was taking a road trip and stayed here on 2 seperate occasions on my trip, both just walk-in's. Awesome location, nice clean rooms, cold A/C, Extremely polite and courteous staff (talked with cleaners as well as multiple staff at the front desk). It's a Fabulous Deal as well! On the second visit I had totalled my car, came in late, and was heading to the airport in the morning. They got me the same room, were very nice, called me a cab company they knew when i checked out, and they let me grab some breakfast even though I had missed the hours of it. This is an excellet place and I will definately stay there anytime I am in the area.

Booked this place with points (wyndham credit card) online. It got at least "OK" ratings - even on Tripadvisor. What a mistake. Got there - two level motels in lousy area. Went into room - Couch looked like it was "saved" from a dumpster and carpet had huge dark stain (who died??). The room looked like one of those that get rented by the hour for whatever purposes in an area that just reinforced the feeling. What a dump. I quickly closed the door and just left - NEVER to return to ANY knight's inn EVER. Wyndham should be ashamed to even offer this property for ANY amount of points. I wouldn't stay even if I were given points to stay (any number of points). The place appears to be individual owned by people from India (not that Indian people don't own nice places - but this is similar to a prior bad experience in Maine). I waited for 5 min. and finally asked someone hanging around in the "office" if someone was there...she finally came out. BTW, I was put on a the ground floor (of two levels)...being a singel female traveler, this is never a good thing.

Room Tip: DO NOT NOT NOT stay at facilities that do not have amenities such as gym, business center, pool, etc...

First time for me to stay in an airport hotel which is directly under the flight path. Noisy planes from 6am until midnight. Would not dare walk on ‘tired’ carpet without feet covered. Sloppy paintwork over the walls and even in the bath (could be slippery to someone not steady on their feet). Non-smoking room smelt clean, however, as one other reviewer noted, a faint smoke smell can linger in the bathroom. This comes from the extraction vents which are not working! One last point, if you don’t cancel before 48 hours of your arrival you will forfeit a nights pay. They charge your card during the morning of your intended arrival. Glad I stayed only one night!

Good price and pretty surroundings but rough looking long term residents. Staff nice enough. Room not the cleanest but nothing surprising.

The room was clean and neat. The air conditioner worked perfectly. tHhe only downfalls were a loose toilet seat, slight cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom and sheets wuld not stay on the bed due to the fluffy mattress pad cover. If you like quiet to sleep, don't stay here. Jets overhead, traffic noise from I-85, noisy guests and local sirens were off and on. I'm a city girl so I could ignore it and slept just fine. My boyfriend wasn't too happy though. To me it was worth the price and convenience of the location to relatives. Remember you're not paying for those big hotel frills! I got a very good price for our 3-day stay..

Room Tip: Try the rooms on the back side, not the front where most noise comes from.
