The Garden Inn is centrally located in uptown Charlotte. We were upgraded to a King suite, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Once we parked the car in their garage, we took their shuttle to various places. A nice perk!

We were here for a football match, the hotel is walk able distance from the Bank Of America stadium, there are bunch of restaurants in walking distance too, also the NASCAR hall of fame along with BWW close by, great location

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Charlotte, NC to attend a concert in the Spectrum center. The location was perfect and a van was provided to take anyone attending the concert to the Center. Parking at the hotel was an indoor garage attached and was very convenient access to one's hotel room. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

What an outstanding staff we met - first, Eric who answered all our questions over the phone and allowed us early check-in! Thanks Eric. Second - Joey - upon arrival answered more questions, made us feel so welcome, and he was super helpful. And last, Chase - these gentlemen deserve to be recognized and we truly appreciated the special care given to us - we are a senior couple and we felt "special" being there.
Room tip: A quiet room with frig, microwave, nice bathroom, good A/C, lovely bed ! Breakfast was also great! Thanks.

Went to see Neil Diamond And was looking for Hotel close to Spectrum Centre The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was worth the 12.95 which included a fresh omelet Would definitely go back to this hotel

I can't believe I forgot to write this review, but better late than never!
My husband and I had an overnight layover on our way home from Belize. It happened to be New Year's Eve so we decided to stay in the city center, opposed to near the airport.
I really liked this hotel. Upon check-in, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I forgot the young man's name, but he recommended restaurants for us and even made our dinner reservations! That night they had a strict policy of who could and could not enter the premises, which was nice too.
The hotel driver took us to and from the restaurant. He was friendly and funny. We were so tired from our trip we came back to the room to relax right after dinner. There was some NYE event happening right outside of the hotel, but not many were in attendance due to the cold temperatures. I was able to see a few of the fireworks from the window as well- a pretty uneventful New Years!
Breakfast in the morning was good as well with made to order omelettes. I would definitely stay here again should I ever end up in Charlotte.
