Hotel is convenient, pretty clean. It is uptown close to pretty much everything/ Staff was great. breakfast was good . construction going on, wish I was warned about two kids. Also beds are not comfortable at all.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights on a business trip. Not much to say. Pretty average or below average depending on the category. The hotel staff left trash on our floor 2 days in row, did not replace our throw away cups. Left our ice bucket with water in it. Didnt give us the bags to use for the ice bucket, and left our room door cracked one day, presumably the whole day as it was open when we got back. This is just an average hotel that didnt meet our expectations.

Great location. The desk attendent was great. She recommended BBQ restaurant ! The shuttle driver excellent as well! They both answered any questions we had! Only problem was we missed the parking structure when arriving! It could be mark a little better!

The entrance to our parking deck is closest to the Hampton Inn and feels like you are driving by our hotel on arrival. The good news is the next time you return, you know exactly where to go!

In town for the weekend with family to see the Hornets play. The hotel is in a good location. 3-4 blocks away from the arena and right across street from NASCAR Hall of Fame. The staff was great from front desk to valet. The Hampton and HG share a parking garage that is easy to navigate. There are many restaurants 2 blocks down. But please stay away from Buffalo Wild Wings! Horrible!
The room we had was clean with great reading lights that don't keep others awake. Nice view of the football stadium. Bathroom was clean. Pretty standard.
The only 2 areas for improvements are in room TV. Very small for such a nice property. Also, I wanted a coffee when I checked in. The regular was empty (do. It drink decaf which did have some). Went to room and got organized. Came back and still empty. Mentioned to front desk and told it would be handled. When leaving for game, no coffee.
Overall a very nice stay. Would stay again.

This is a nicely located hotel. It was a few blocks from convention center and the stadium across the street from the racing hall of fame. Within walking distance of most restaurants.

I stay at this or the Hampton several times per month. These properties are my go to in Charlotte (unless I need to be in Ballantyne) as they are central to most everything you need in uptown. Very well kept properties and the staff is always exceptionally friendly.
