Stopped at Drury Inn while traveling from Florida to Michigan. Excellent hotel; clean, spacious, so many perks, kids had a great time. Will stay at Drury Inn in the future!

My family stayed for 3 nights at the Drury Charlotte Northlake. Check-in was quick. We had a huge 2-room suite. In one room, there were 2 queen beds, a dresser, and a TV. The other room had a sofa, reclining chair, desk, and another TV. There were plenty of lamps to use for reading. In between the two rooms was a galley with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. The bathroom also was off of this galley. The set-up was perfect for a family. There was a lot of room to move around and relax with plenty of storage. The suite was clean and had a great view.
The breakfast had many hot and cold choices and a lot of seating. This was a good thing, as the hotel had many people staying there during our vacation. At the 5:30 kickback, we were surprised at the amount of food available, and it could easily pass as your evening meal. Our only problem with the dining area was that tables didn't get cleaned and trash didn't get emptied often enough.
The pool was partially indoors and partially outdoors, with a good amount of room to sit and lounge. It was well maintained in terms of cleanliness, but when we were there, there were several unattended tweens/teens who were being rowdy.
This hotel is conveniently located close to several restaurants and the Northlake Mall. It is easy to get to and the perfect spot to stay if you're in the Charlotte area!

My mother was especially impressed with this hotel and is still talking about the quiet clean room, the free light dinners, the comprehensive hot breakfasts, the proximity of the inn to everywhere we needed to be in North Charlotte (hospital, shopping, dining, etc). I was happy with all of that, in addition to the ease of getting there and the quality of the staff.
Very pleased, both of us, and we will be staying there again as we want to visit family in the area in the future.

Just spent 4 nights at the Drury Hotel and Sites Northlake, in Charlotte, NC. One of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel. This is one of the best bargains around! We were there for the NSA Girls World Softball Tournament. For$79.99 , plus tax, per night we had two queen beds, flat screen TV, very comfortableb th.We had a, hot breatkfast, and I do mean hot, not continental, consisting of make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy, hot eggs and sausage, yogart, toast, french toast, etc. Also, from 5:30-7:00, each guest has 3 drink tickets for wine, alcohol mixed drinks, beer, and hot chicken strips, meatballs, hot dogs, salad, baked potatoes, nachoes and the fixings, etc. For the money this is a HOT ticket! The staff was very professional and accommdating and the maid service was great! I travel frequently and if I can find one of these, I will definitely be a guess!! I hope they continue to expand and keep the excellent service they are now providing! The location for this particular one is great with a fabulous mall adjacent and numerous excellent restaurants, also adjacent. Also, Carrowinds is not too far away!

Stayed here at the start and end of our trip to the States. Using satnav it was very easy to find and a convenient drive to and from the airport. We liked this hotel very much. It was incredibly good value, the staff were all very pleasant and welcoming and the accomodation very good. There are free snacks and drinks between 5.30 and 7pm every evening and also breakfast is included in the price. Although this was not the best breakfast that we had during our trip, it was adequate and we felt that it was excellent for the price that we had paid. It is also adjacent to a mall - I could walk across to Macy's while my husband sat at the pool! It is a lovely mall with lots of shops, eating places and cinemas so we were very happy with its location. The hotel also had free wireless internet and parking. If I flew into Charlotte again I would not consider staying anywhere else.

We had never heard of Drury Suites before, but would definitely stay at one again when possible. Chose the hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews and it more than met our expectations. We loved the real breakfast and the 5:30 kickback. Only regret is that we were only there for hot dog & chili night which was good, but we would have liked to be able to try the weekday menu as well.

This is the fourth different Drury I've stayed in and every one has been a positive experience at affordable prices. This is the first where we had a suite - which worked very well when traveling with my three kids and wife. Their suite is two doubles in one room and a sofa bed in the other. Both rooms have there own flat screen TV. As usual the breakfast was very good, and as usual I checked in too late to sample there evening reception. Free internet, clean rooms, attractive lobby and good pricing - I'll continue to look first for a Drury wherever I travel.

This particular Drury is right off the highway and near a major shopping center. We got in just in time to squeak into the REI store before it closed for the evening. There are a lot of meal choices within the center, we though chose a Chick-Fill-a as nobody was real hungry, but still needed something to eat.
