The rooms are really nice, with a little sitting area and desk that you can use for meetings with colleagues, a fridge and microwave. Everything is very clean. The only thing that is not great is the breakfast buffet is limited. They have a bar but the food available there is very limited, I definitely would not call it a restaurant. Even so, I will be staying here whenever I am in this area.

Only problem I had is that the hotel's so popular I could not extend my stay.

This is a newer hotel located south of Charlotte in a surburban office/commerical area. The hotel itself is nice...clean and contemporay. Service is really lacking...breakfast is generally not set up by the advertised time and lacks variety. Bar food choices quite poor. Room are comfortable and well laid out but might not appeal to those wanting a more traditional layout and feel. Things sometimes just don't seem to work...phones, firealarms early in the morning, etc. The staff is just middling in terms of interest and ability to solve issues.

Terrible customer service. I stayed here over 75 nights last year and am Marriott platinum status..means nothing at this dump. Checked in one night and they put me in a handicapped room. You would think Marriott status would take preference on rooms...will never stay here again. Free breakfast includes out of date, sour milk cartons.

This is a VERY clean, modern, "green" hotel only 20-25 min. to airport. The people at check in are beyond amazing and kind. Hotel is right off the highway and convenient to the Ballantyne area. Breakfast is standard fare with waffles, eggs, sausages and muffins, etc.- standard hotel. Again, very clean and modern. One MAJOR problem if you are travelling with small children- there are NO TUBS! We had to bathe our 11 month old in the teeny bathroom sink. The only tubs are in the handicap accessible rooms, but we had already settled in after arriving after dinner, nearing bedtime. Heads up on that! The bathrooms are just a little weird in general...the toilet is kinda like an airport with a pocket door and a tiny sink with the shower being in another little space.

Easy on easy off 485, new hotel , very clean! We were there with a swim team and they accommodated our earlier pool time, making the free breakfast an hour earlier on the weekend.

Front desk was accommodating as they recommended restaurants and even called around t to help figure out the name of restaurant we had wanted to try but forgot the name.

Each room is new with split bathroom-- in one part is a sink and shower and in separate location is the toilet and sink this is great for family.
many local restaurants and conveniences nearby. Only "bad " thing slight road noise if the outer aspect of the hotel, rooms also have "automatic "air conditioner sensor in the room- not sure if it worked but we were comfortable..
Also little nice thing is they have washer dryers if needed on each floor and stairways are VERY clean and pleasant . first hotel stairway with carpeting and wallpaper.

Looked for a Marriott near my son's family for Thanksgiving and found this wonderful, modern, comfortable and relatively new hotel a few miles from their home. It was perfect. Great mattresses and pillows, while the toilet is in a room apart from the shower. Free breakfast is slightly above average in a spacious eating area.
