The folks at the front desk were not very welcoming, as I came in late I was tired and would have liked a little warmer reception. They acted like they were doing me a favor to check me in.
The room was small but relatively clean except for scuff marks on the walls.Bedding was clean if worn. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing, cereal and coffee was not refilled.
The biggest plus was guest laundry, as I had to stay for a week and the airport shuttle. I'd recommend but don't have too high expectations.

I have no complaints with the room accomodations or general appearance of the hotel. The noisy heater in the room was annoying, but not overbearing. My two complaints are: 1. A general lackadaisical, nonchalant attitude by the front desk clerks at both the evening and morning shifts. Since this attitude was displayed by two different clerks, I perceive this as a managerial problem. My presence at the front desk seemed to interrupt the agenda of the evening clerk who was talking on the telephone when I came in the lobby to check in. It was clear the phone conversation was personal, not a business call. My presence seemed to irritate the clerk, since I had interrupted her call. 2. There were non-hotel clientele hanging out at the front desk at both the evening and morning shifts, engaged in conversation with the front desk clerks. This is very non-professional and should never be permitted.
Am I asking too much to expect a warm, friendly welcome from the front desk employee when I arrive? In the final analysis, if there are no customers, she doesn't have a job.

Horrible experience. Dirty place. Filthy rooms. Bad plumbing. Broken elevator. Holes and stains in sheets. Bathroom was BARELY cleaned (thank goodness I had my Lysol wipes). The iron didn't work. Waited over an hour for a replacement. Staffs' attitude was amazingly POOR. NO ONE CARED! Owner could care less. Has a BAD attitude to be an owner in my humble opinion. STAY AWAY FOLKS... There are tons of other options in the area.
