We walked up and down Franklin looking for a good place to eat. We went in here on a fluke and we were blown away. We had the Chicken Pesto sandwich and the Chicken Pesto Pizza. Both were excellent! The beer selection here is also very good. I recommend the golden monkey!

I love R&R. The food is great - pizza, chicken tender, ribs, 3-way-salad, etc. I've been here multiple times and for some reason I always see a new waiter/waitress but service was always amiable. It also has free wifi - good place to get some work done during the afternoon.

Thank Jazz-June

R&R is just fine--food is fine, service is so-so, atmosphere is par for Franklin Street. But they might have at least attempted to go a different route than Top of the Hill, which is a stone's throw away with a slightly better menu, better table service, and a far better view/patio/atmosphere.
When we walked in, we were blown away by how similar it is to Topo, from the outside table tops to the uniforms to the patio layout. But the fact is, it just doesn't measure up--literally. The half-story view is of a parking lot and homeless shelter!
Should have tried something completely different and saved itself the obvious comparisons to its predecessor.

Don't go late at night unless you are a student - but earlier in the evening and during the day it's a really nice restaurant - studenty feel to it - but it brings you into the zone
