“Nice hotel”

Nice Hotel
We went to Chapel Hill for a wedding, and stayed there for 3 nights. Very good location,5 minute walking distance to university mall, which have some nice stores and restaurants. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, nice bathroom,we love it. But the door was little old style, so hard to open it. One of the inconvenient thing that was so hard to drive out to the street from the hotel. Because the busy intersection and street by the hotel, and very hard to made a left turn.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay with us. It is always nice to know what our guests think about their experience with us here at The Siena Hotel.

We are pleased to hear you loved our guestroom bathroom and you enjoyed your stay with us. Our guestroom door locks are unique, and I am very sorry it was hard to open. We are changing these locks in the upcoming corridor renovations to a fantastic secure and easy opening door lock system.

The left turns out of the hotel can be a challenge at times, and I am sorry this was an inconvenience. My suggestion is to turn left into the turning lane and then merge into the traffic or turn right and then U-turn at the traffic light.

Thank you again for the kind words and we look forward to serving you on your next visit to Chapel Hill, NC.

Sincerely,

Anthony Carey

Stayed here for one night. We only live 30 minutes away, but we wanted to have a night away without the kids. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was extremely clean. I felt the bathroom was very modern and stylish. The room included bathrobes and turn down service with chocolate mints left behind. We utlized the shuttle service to take us to and from a restaurant on Franklin Street near campus. The wait for the shuttle was maybe 5-10 minutes at the most. Not long at all. The shuttle driver (Carl) was very friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

So glad I got to stay at this wonderful hotel. This is a perfect place to just get away for a bit!

Spent a Saturday night at the Siena on a quick weekend getaway. Excellent service, nicely appointed rooms (baths are all marble with very nice shower), very quiet. It is very conveniently located to UNC, Whole Foods Market, Starbucks, all minutes away.

Another perfect stay at the Sienna hotel. Staff always accommodating to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Spotlessly clean and quiet. Staff focuses on customers and service rather than chatting with each other and they always look like they love what they are doing. The food at Il Palio was again superb too making the entire stay fabulous. Will stay nowhere else in the Raleigh area.

I had the GREAT Pleasure of staying and organizing a two day board of directors meeting at the Siena Hotel. At our meeting we had people from Canada, Texas, Seattle, Atlanta, OKC and Orgeon. Everyone of them were thrilled with the Southern Hospitality from all the employees. From the time you walk in the door, the doorman, front desk, room service, dining staff and food and beverage were very friendly and helpful. I highly suggest if you have the opportunity to visit Chapel Hill, this is the Hotel to stay!...and the beds are Comfy!

From the bellman to the front desk was a pleasant experience, the ambiance was delightful. The rooms are large and the light in which i can control was wonderful. The natural and interior light made a romantic moment. The upgraded bathrooms are worth the room rate. Make sure your with someone who can appreciate class. Restaurants in the area are wonderful including the one in the hotel il palio. treat your self to a wonderful European experience.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was spacious. The decor was slightly dated but the bathroom was amazing - almost like home.

We booked with a AAA rate and an iPrefer # which was pretty reasonable.

What really shines about the hotel is the service. There is always someone to greet you and to help you out if you have any questions.

The evening turndown service was a nice touch.

There is always a snack available in the lobby.

The included breakfast was really, really good. The selection is limited but I really didn't mind having the packcakes for 3 mornings in a row - they were that good.
