The Cashiers Farmers Market is both. Tourists generally go for the jams, jellies, etc. Locals and tourist in the know go for the BBQ and side dishes. The sandwiches are chock full of pulled pork. The Cuban sandwich is a welcomed delight, especially found in a mountain resort town. While not made on site, the potato salad is a personal favorite. The only downside is that service is take out only so the outside picnic tables are of little use in cold or inclement weather.
