This review is for the Brigs location at Tryon Village in Cary, NC. My wife and I went on a Tuesday, arriving at 12:30 pm. There appeared to be only a few customers. It took 20 minutes for our waitress to take our order for 2 breakfast meals. Two other tables nearby that placed orders after ours (but with a different server), got their food before we did. 20 minutes later our food finally arrived. My two fried eggs had only one yolk and were lukewarm. My wife's omelette was OK. The waitress never checked back with us to see if all was OK. About the time we were finished eating, the waitress showed up with the bill. 20 minutes later, we were still waiting to pay and finally went to the hostess desk to make payment. We remarked about the poor service and were told that "our waitress was one of their best". Our bill with beverage, tax, and tip was $24. We will not be back.

The IHOP on Kildare Farm Road in Cary is significantly better than this Brigs location. The service and food at the IHOP is superior and the prices represent a better value.

My husband and I are regulars at Brigs and are never disappointed. The omelets and "skillets" are delicious! A particular favorite of mine is the Monterey omelet with avocado and swiss. They will even add a strip of bacon in it if you ask! The hash browns are hot and crispy. If you want a kick in your tomato juice, you'll need to try somewhere else but this place elevates your spirits without vodka. Give it a try!

This is the best restaurant in Wake county for breakfast. There is also a $5.99 special each week day that has a good variety. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu especially the pancakes. Breakfast is severed anytime of the day. The restaurant normally closes at 2:30. We recently met a friend for lunch and the spinach salad was outstanding.

Had high expectation about the food but it was average, not bad but not amazing either; service needs improvements
