“Convenient Location”

The hotel is located near a bunch of shopping/restaurants and the highway to get all around the Raleigh area. Everything was within a 15 minute drive and was so easy to get to! My only complaint is the very thin walls...you could hear everything in the hallway.

Our hotel is definitely located to a lot of shopping, restaurants and movie theatres. There is everything you could possibly want within walking distance. We are in the process of renovations to our sleeping rooms and that should help with the noise issue.

Stayed for 2 nights and thought this hotel was great. I was told it was recently a Sheraton, and Hilton took over . From the looks of things, they started from scratch as the place looks brand néw . Everyone that works here was friendly and thought the food was great . Breakfast buffet was also great, even eggs made to order. Attaching pics from room, but I give this place an A, and would stay again

We have recently converted to a DoubleTree by Hilton as of November 2011. Customer Service is our number one priority, it is important that our team make our guest feel at home during their stay. That is what makes our guest return time after time.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding with so many options available you can stay at our hotel for several days and not have the same thing to eat. We have some great additions to our menu in the morning too with fresh made from scratch granola and fresh baked muffins and crossaints. They are outstanding.

We look forward to your return visit to our hotel during your travels to Raleigh-Cary, North Carolina.

I've stayed here three separate times on business and this has become my go-to hotel in Cary, NC. The hotel is new, clean, updated and the staff is professional and friendly.

Just stayed at this hotel. The hotel itself is nice and is clean however there is a terrible mildew smell throughout the hotel. When we checked in we immediately asked to change rooms because of the smell and the desk clerk assured us a new room would solve the problem. We switched to a new room and still had the same problem. I asked the desk clerk if there was a problem in the hotel which he denied. By the time we checked out 3 days later we learned the 4th floor of the hotel was closed off with workers trying to get to the smell behind the drywall.
The staff was very nice and was accommodating but I would not stay here again. The smell is really bad.

Was on a busines trip at this hotel. nice rooms but no fridge. overall the quality was average. Not a bad place if you are on a business trip. but in case of vacation, would probably want to look at soemthing else.

I am glad you enjoyed your room and the hotel during your stay. Although our rooms are not equipped with refrigerators and microwaves we do have them on property for our guest. Whenever staying at our property again when you make your reservations request a microwave and refrigerator and we will have it in your room before your arrival.

For what this room costs, it is definitely not worth it. Our online reservation said we had booked a king room with fridge and microwave, but after checking in we had neither in our room. The front desk had a mini fridge brought up but told us they are the only Doubletree that doesn't offer them in the room. They also had no microwave in the lobby for us to use. The area is nice, but parking at the hotel itself is terrible. The temperature was also very hard to regulate, the room stayed cold even with the heat set on 78. Just not worth the price
