We recently stayed here to attend a swim meet at the Triangle Aquatics Center. The hotel is very convenient to that location. The major selling feature about this hotel is the staff. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. One one occasion, the front desk volunteered to find and print out directions to the pool for us and bring them to our room. In addition, we were considering checking out a day before we had planned, and the staff gave us a generous amount of time after checkout time to make a decision. Also, the housekeeping staff was great. We had a couple of small requests, and the housekeeper was cheerful and prompt in taking care of us. The room was a good size, the bathroom as well, and we had no issues with the appliances in the room (microwave and refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.). The only suggestion I would offer is that it is time to get new mattresses and bed covers. My bed had a dent in it and the blanket and bedcover looked like they hadn't been laundered in awhile (pet peeve of mine). There were plenty of pillows and the room seemed clean and tidy. We didn't have breakfast because we were in a hurry every morning, but it looked good. The freshly baked cookies on Saturday evening were amazing ... We would return here if we ever come back to Cary.

Every night at 8:00 p.m. they had no hot water in the bath. We phoned the front desk and got an explanation about their fix-it guy needing to hammer on a certain valve in order for it to open and admit hot water to our floor. This happened every night when we were trying to bathe our kids before bedtime. I'm proposing they hire a guest who feels like banging his head against the wall and do his head banging on the pipes intead. Some of the lights were failed in the room, but they did manage to fix that. Hotel was passably clean, conveniently situated with an O'Charley's restaurant very close by. If I were staying in a shabby section of Gautemala City, I'd expect hotels where they can't supply bath water without somebody beating a pipe. But here? Sheesh.

This hotel is an execellent hotel. I have to take my dog to a speciality hospital and I always stay here, you are safe, it's quite, they have an awesome breakfast everymorning and on Tuesday, Wed and Thursday nights there is a social in the dining room heavey hordorves beer and wine it is free for guest of the hotel.

Room Tip: if you have a pet make sure you tell them when you make your reservations so they can put you in a pet friendly room. The rooms are normally 2 queen or 1 king and there is a sofa that pulls out if you need an extra bed. The rooms on the Lobby floor and above a wonderful rooms and when I am only spending the night and my dog is at the Vet's for the night then I stay in a regular room to make room for people with pets.

We recently stayed here and were very pleased with the hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. It's located just off the main roads in Cary, NC, and is easy to find. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here about five years ago when it was being renovated. Never dreamed it would turn in to such a beautiful place. Could use a lounge are with comfortable chairs to watch tv (such as football games). The entrance was a beautiful mural. Lovely room overlooking a gorge and trees. Couldn't believe that view in the middle of a city. Lots of places to eat nearby, along with Wal-Mart, and the hospital is almost next door, but not noisy at all.

Several parks and outdoor venues very close by. Easy to get into downtown Raleigh.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the south side to get the lovely view.
