Cheryl & Gretchen were fabulous....our room was HUGE and QUIET....we didn't hear a peep from the other guests in the home (and it was a sold-out weekend). Our bed was too soft for our liking....but we realize that many folk would love a nice big soft bed....C & G assure us that there are other beds in the house we might find more to our liking on the next trip through. We will certainly visit again....cleanliness, hospitality and WONDERFULLY DELICIOUS breakfasts will keep us coming back. The home itself is also amazing and the walk between cabins and house provide a bit of exercise if you are so driven. Also, the distance to Asheville is negligible and provided us an opportunity to "go beyond the city" which was a nice treat.

I have found my place of rest!!! Nestled in the mountains of NC is this little gem. I loved it so much I actually ache to be back. I stayed in the Mary Hoytt room. I could feel the history of the home. The bed better than any I have experienced, slept like a baby. I loved walking the grounds just eating up every little detail. Can't wait for the fall. Make sure you visit the Basilica of St. Lawrence while you are there. Open all day but have free tours after services. Hiking at Dupont park also a must do. See a triple water falls and covered bridge, beautiful and all free!!

Room Tip: Each room more beatiful than the next, cant' go wrong.

This was the best b&b experience we've had. The house and grounds are beautiful, the breakfasts were wonderful and afternoon treats were something to look forward to. The innkeepers were attentive, but casual. We felt like guests in their home - very comfortable.

This is our second stay ay Honey Hill and stayed once again at the cabin on the hill (Cherokee). It is like having your own private getaway with a great front porch to sit out on and have drinks, read or whatever. We will be back again soon!

Room Tip: We love staying in the cabin on the hill!

The interior of the Inn was beautiful, with wonderful wood paneling and lovely decor. The Inn was exceptionally clean and the hosts were wonderful-very warm and welcoming. The highlight was the breakfast-it was delicious!

My husband and I went to this B&B many times when it was the "Owl's Nest" but this was our first trip since it had been under new ownership and is now know as "Honey Hill." I have got to say that my expectations were far surpassed in every way! When we arrived, we were greeted by Cheryl who was so warm and friendly and showed us every hospitality. When we went upstairs to our room, they had fresh cookies and drinks waiting for us. I didn't get to meet Gretchen until the next morning when she brought out the best breakfast I ever had, ever! She was so nice and welcoming and made us feel right at home! I can safely say that we will be going back many more times in the years to come! Thank you Honey Hill!
