“tired old course”
Reviewed July 29, 2012

nice folks working there but apparently they're out of money due to lack of play. Nice layout, but it was in poor shape. The greens were green but slow. The tee markers hadn't been moved in over a week which was evidenced by stripes of dead grass and bare spots on the tees. Several traps had grass in them and hadn't been trimmed in a long time. Like I said, tired old course. Original layout is an old classic type of course but until they get an infusion of dough....AVOID. for another few dollars play Farmstead 3 miles away and give yourselves a treat and play Diamondback...a short trip but in a package ......worth it with a few others out toward Loris.

“Ok for the Green Fees”
Reviewed February 25, 2012

If this course were a restaurant, it would be part of a chain. Kind of vanilla, nondescript. In an area loaded with great golf courses, this one does not stand out.

“Worst course in Myrtle Beach area!”
Reviewed September 29, 2011

Fairways were not cut. course looked like it had not been mowed in 2 weeks. The bathrooms on the course were like out houses, except worse. The cart paths were cracked, bumpy (the worst i have ever seen). The course has a lot of potential but too bad the owners don't care about it. Don't waste your money!

“Unsatisfied”
Reviewed August 5, 2011

The course was in terrible condition. If you like to play off crab grass and spotty fairways this is the place for you. The greens run at about a 5 on a good day. The staff and management is unfriendly and unprofessional. I wouldn't play here again if they paid me to. Not to mention pace of play was below average at best, do you like 5 1/2 hour rounds and poor conditions? Play here then. With 90+ courses in the area, this one is in the bottom 10%:
