We spend several weeks a year in the Outer Banks, and we always do a lot of fishing. We love to take our fresh catch to the Sandbar… The chefs at the Sandbar do an incredible job preparing our fresh catch – we have brought in Mahi, Wahoo, Yellow and Black Fin Tuna, and have had it prepared several ways: blackened, Cajun, as well as fish bites, made with homemade beer batter and Cajun remoulade, delicious. We really enjoy the Caesar salad as well; the portion is huge, the dressing is incredible, it’s so fresh and nicely presented. I highly recommend a trip to the Sandbar!
