There were dingy old bedspreads in the room, and a ripped bed skirt. The sheets weren't even totally put onto the beds. The carpet was old and dirty. The upholstered chairs looked like they had been touched by every two year old from there to California. Also, a lamp didn't work very well.

Wasn't worth it, even for the price of $69.

The only redeeming quality was the good breakfast, but the ceiling in the restaurant looked like it has been leaking for a while....

Near I40/I85 hwys. Highway noise wasn't noticable, Big comfortable rooms, Decent prices. I stay here once a year on business, and receive the same good service every year. Desk clerk Gayle remembered my name before I gave it to her. The GM Keith's office door is always open, wish more gm's were as accessable as he is. The free breakfast buffet is excellent, food is constantly being refilled and/ or roated.

Room Tip: room on the back side is away from the interstate, might be a little quieter.

Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, great water pressure in the shower. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah...Fantastic Breakfast Bar!!!!! I stayed here one night and decided that this would be a great place to stay as a close getaway with my husband one weekend. Anyone who has written a bad review of this hotel needs to go back. It's great! also, they have rooms with doors on the outside (where you can park outside the door) or room with doors on the inside. Very easy to get to on and off of I-85 and close to some shopping. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Room Tip: Even though it's near the Interstate, it's quiet. We stayed on the pool side.

We booked our room at the Ramada in order to attend a 2 day Bluegrass Festival held in the conference center of the hotel. The room was a great value - comfortable king sized bed, in room coffee, big TV, nice comfy recliner which my husband LOVED!
There was no refrigerator or microwave in our room so we asked about one. The nice desk clerk said she couldn't promise but she would try to get us one. In less than an hour after check in, a great guy delivered a fridge and a microwave to our room.
Oh, we were allowed to check in early which was great!
The hotel was full to capacity due to the special bluegrass event but the staff remained friendly and very helpful our entire stay.
We were there in November so the pool was off limits, but the pool is very nice. It lies inside a courtyard (very private). Around the pool area is a nice level sidewalk perfect for taking your morning power walk.
Now, about the breakfast buffet - it was awesome! Eggs, gravy, grits, biscuits, toast, bacon, sausage, fruit......it was awesome! We had a big breakfast and skipped lunch.
We ate supper in the on-site pub. It's a limited menu, but you can get a sandwich and fries plus some tasty drinks.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Don't hesitate to give this facility a try.

Room Tip: Rooms located on the "back" side (furtherest away from I-40) are quieter.

While traveling to Tenn, my husband (who recently had a stroke) and I needed to stop to spend the night and get some much needed rest. Armed with a Hotel Saver coupon in hand, we walked into the Ramada after 9pm and were met with beautiful smiles, friendly attitudes and a more than obvious genuine wilingness to accommodate us. The "king" room was wonderful! (I only wish my beadroom at home was this cozy, comfortable and relaxing) And BREAKFAST....OH MY! Full hot breakfast buffet was spectacular! We will definitely find excuses to drive back for another stay with you at Burlington and highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel to friends and acquaintances.
