Over the past year we visited and enjoyed the Sagebrush. We got email coupons and such that helped the cost of meals too. They had updated/repaired the flooring as the varnish had left it sticky. Once re-finished it really helped the overall experience.
Back in the summer several of the long term, regular servers had been replaced or left on their own, this is where the trouble began in my opinion. Our last visit there was in November and the emphasis is on LAST. Our server was three stages below terrible.
The appetizer took what seemed like forever to appear, our drink glasses where empty and when we asked for refills the server never returned to pick them up at the bar. I actually had to get it myself. After 45 minutes our entree's arrived with out ever seeing the salads we ordered. The server (not our's) took the entrees away at our request (we wanted our salads first).
We finally canceled the meal and asked for the check to pay for the appetizer and drinks. The manager came over and apologized, and told us our next meal would be on the house. I told her, that won't ever happen as we won't be back.
What a shame for what was once a nice place to eat.
