We decided to eat here at the end of our trip. I wish we had waited to eat at home. We arrived at 4:00pm, well before the "dinner rush". We were seated in the bar, next to the kitchen door. There were plenty of open tables in the dining room. We ordered Shrimp dinners with the salad bar. When we went to the salad bar, there wasn't any lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, and our desired salad dressing. The hostess was too busy talking with the waitresses to notice, but did notify the kitchen the salad bar needed attention after other customers complained.
Our main entree was over cooked, and some type of butter flavored oil was servced with the grilled shrimp instead of butter.
There are plenty of other places to eat in Boone, NC, and we will be giving them a try before returning here.
