Some people might not like it, but relax and enjoy the views. Granted, you aren't going to see things blowing up (unless maybe you go while it snows) but a neat attraction.

My grandmother had stories of going to this place, and it's probably pretty much the same now. It's a great view, with a great story. There are "gardens" there - and of course a gift shop, but it's really all about the view, the story, and the rock.

Nice views from a few different look offs. Pretty expensive for a family of four. We were there about 20 minutes.

The rock is not much to look at. Part of it has broken off. So the photos you see in brochures is not what you get to see.

The view are beautiful but at $6 per person I am not sure it was worth it. It took us longer to get there than we stayed. We spent about an hour walking around the area and taking photographs.

This is a basic tourist type attraction.

One can walk through the Blowing Rock quickly and without exertion. The "Rock" itself is nothing special, but, it does have a story attached to it. But the views are spectacular and that alone was worth the entrance fee. There is a gift shop available..
