We had a Sunday to Sunday reservation, but left on Tuesday AM due to dissatisfaction with our unit. We stayed in 10 B and found it to be much in need of a good cleaning and updating, or at least painting - the walls were marked and dirty and it had a musty smell, several of the windows wouldn't open, the curtains were dirty...going out to the
balcony to escape the room we found little plastic chairs, a busy, noisy highway, and a backhoe working on the area just below (loading a dump truck) all day long - no escape there! We had to pay for 2 more nights at a hotel in Asheville to do our sightseeing...we usually do a beach vacation, but decided it was time to try the mountains. The mountains were beautiful but the Blue Ridge Village was not! There was no curiosity from the desk clerk when we checked out so early, such as asking "is there a problem with your unit?" We'll never go there, or to a Fairfield time share, again.
