Condo had been recently remodeled and was very nice. Sofa and chair were hard but everything else in the room was great. Staff were great and very helpful. Pool and hot tub was small for the size of the of the resort. The pool area had also just been refurbished but the tile used around it was very slick when wet. Also could not understand why pool had steps going into it that appeared to be temporary in nature and unattached when they were actually the main permanent pool steps. Overall stay was peaceful, quite and relaxing. If you have a family, also check out the lake, paddleboats, and mini golf.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - as always. The grand-children enjoyed the swimming, fishing, outdoor activies and being with GrandMa and GrandPa. I recommend this resort to all!!!

Room Tip: Get a room facing the pond! At night it is beautiful!!!

We arrived late and missed the first days breakfast get together for owners. Was told this was great fishing area. It's all private can't fish and ones that aren't are unfishable until first Saturday in April due to trout season. Next the lake here is fish able and was told it was stocked , however been here 5 days there's been half a dozen people fishing all hours of day and I haven't seen anyone catch a thing. Only 1 day for a few hours is the towel exchange so since we had plans missed it have to wash all our own towels. Also we have called the office for the activities directory only to get voicemail left msgs. Never got a call back

We purchased a groupon for a three day two night stay. They were very accommodating by letting us get a renovated room. The superior suites are beautiful. The rooms are all nice sizes. Having two twin beds was nice since we had two small boys that are used to sleeping in their own beds. The beds are comfortable, which is hard to find in nice places. The staff was very friendly minus the man who worked at the front desk. It is close to a shopping center, so all you food needs can be met close by. This is a time- share community so there is no daily house keeping. We actually preferred this because we didn't have to worry about hiding out valuables. There are rentals available for a decent price as well. We plan on staying here again.

Room Tip: Superior rooms have been renovated.

Festiva is in the process of upgrading the entire resort. Love the new decor! Very well done! We've visited many times and are delighted to see improvements to the property each time. For those who love nature there is much to see and do in this beautiful area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Blue Ridge Village. Our unit was one that had been renovated and we found it very comfortable and clean. The master bedroom is upstairs and that wasn't the greatest feature since we live in a one-level home. The resort is centerally located and it very easy to find one's way to Beech Mountain, Blowing Rock and Boone. The only complaint we had was that many of the restaurants were closed "for the season" or were open only on the weekends so our choices were limited. There were a couple that we really wanted to try but were unable to do so. Overall, we liked the resort and will definitely come back again!

Room Tip: I would ask for a renovate unit on the upper floors. Some units are closer to the pond, the putting...

Great place to stay. Rooms are very nice with a master suite upstairs. Having the stairs is a negative if you have small children though.
