Our Daughter surprised us with reservations to Giovanni's prior to our trip. Located in Wurtzboro, NY, and the area where my Wife spent her childhood. Except for the outdoor sign, you would never know this is a restaurant. It looks like a home with a paddock for their horse. We arrived before they opened for business and were given a personal tour of the restaurant
and told of its history. The owner/chef cooks everything fresh, and in an outdoor Pompeii style brick oven. Open Thursday-Sunday at 5:p.m. Reservations suggested for the weekend. Nightly entertainment in the bar area. The dinining experience was incredible and will provide a lasting memory of our visit.
