We stopped at Joshua's for dinner after a long hike, and everything at joshua's was just perfect for a bunch of hungry hikers. Though the price is on the higher side, the portion sizes are well worth the price. The food not only tasted good, but looked great as well. Its not your usual mediterranean fare. The food was very different and innovative and there are great options for vegetarians who otherwise find it tough to get anything beyond pitas and hummus and falafel at usual meditteranean restaurants. The service was decent too.Overall loved it!

After a nice drive from Jersey, we decided on trying Joshua's for lunch. The decor was plain but at the same time, welcoming. It was crowded, we waited 5 mins for a table. Our server was very friendly. He recommended a beer from a local brewery that was just perfect. We shared the Smorgasbord - everything was fresh and flavorful. I had the turkey and Brie melt - yum. My friend had the tuna salad. We enjoyed our lunch and
I would definitely recommend it. Will be back for sure on my next visit to God's country.

We stopped at Joshua's for lunch. The waitress was very friendly and her recommendation was very good. The food tasted really fresh and was excellent in flavor. The steak in the Shwamara was very tender and you could not find a better Middle Eastern Appetizer Plate!
Restaurant was busy with locals at lunch - always a good sign.
Well worth to stop in if you are visiting Woodstock.

We are at Joshua's during the slow season so the restaurant wasn't crowded and it was quiet. So this review is not a typical glimpse at the restaurant. But I will say the food is very good. Haven't had such good Mediterranean food since we were in Turkey.
It's conveniently located in town with the town parking lot behind the restaurant. At this time of year we didn't need reservations but we've tried to get reservations since then and they're always booked.
