Despite the price ranges quoted, expect to spend a minimum of $40 per person unless you stick to the price fixed dinners sometimes offered.
The food here is wonderful, on the whole. It may be difficult to read the menu - the lighting is very poor at the back of the restaurant. The fettucine alfredo is a marvelous table-side production. The appetizers are uniformly good, wines offered are perfect. I don't recommend the rabbit, and the risotto is uneven.
The best thing is the music - operatic arias, show tunes and pop songs are offered by competent singers (check ahead - but this reviewer doesn't have a current schedule). In addition to this lovely entertainment, the polite and competent service makes this a very, very good restaurant experience, which can last the entire night - so think of Sapori d'Ischia as your evening's destination, not a dinner stop on the way to something else.
