We walked in and were a little concerned because it was a little bit noisy. But we overcame that, and really enjoyed our dinner. The meals are ample enough to share, which we did, and it was really very good. We weren't sure what to expect but the place was busy and we left feeling that we had made a very good choice for dinner.

We ate at this restaurant shortly after opening time. The place was pretty empty when we got there but filled up rather quickly that evening. It took some time for the staff to get moving as they were busy chatting with each other as we sat there. The server was slow but accommodating to our requests (there were other couples with us). Unfortunately they brought out the excellent calamari fritti at the same time as the soup. It should have been served BEFORE the soup. As a result, the choice became, eat the soup and then have cold calamari or the opposite (or eat both at the same time----ugh)!

They pulled a move with the bread baskets that was a big time turn off . The top of the baskets had good, warm garlic rolls but beneath them were a few pieces of pretty stale bread. It appeared to have been heated---AND COOLED--- some time prior to our arrival (as in --- the night before???). When we requested fresh baskets (after eating the rolls) they must have figured out the problem as the replacements had only the warm rolls in them.

The meal itself was very good. We all ordered from the price fix menu ($28 per) which included soup or salad, entree and choice of one of three desserts. The soup was really excellent and the salad & entrees were good (the latter a bit too oily, it was agreed). The cannoli was huge and excellent, cheesecake was very good, no one had the biscotti. We all felt that coffee or tea should have been included. With coffee or tea plus tax and tip it ran to something over $40 per.

The stale bread, fair service, coffee rip off etc. prevented a better than average rating for this restaurant.

We were suggested this place by cousins whom we had never met as a good place for dinner and getting together. We were in from Florida and not familiar with the area so this sounded fine. I was a little concerned when I read the reviews saying it was "noisy" but it was a Monday night at 8pm and I thought it would be fine. The restaurant is small and located in a very nice shopping center. When we arrived we explained to the hostess that we were meeting relatives whom we have never seen. She told us that there was a couple at the bar also waiting for another couple. It turned out to be our cousins and we were immediately seated. The waitress was very accommodating throughout the meal and although we stayed until the place closed we did not feel rushed. The food was very tasty although the eggplant pasta dish I ordered was twice what I could eat. My husband wanted something not on the menu and they prepared it without a problem which he said was quite good. We had a fabulous time with our cousins and all of our requests for wine and soft drinks were immediately handled. The food was rather pricey...170.00 for the 4 of us which included 4 glasses of wine, but I found most prices in the area higher than what we are used to in Florida. All in all we were quite pleased. The dress was casual. My husband wore shorts since he had not brought dress pants but I had a summer skirt and top. I think you would feel comfortable dressing casual.

We met relatives there who we haven't seen in years and had expected to be able to have the chance to talk during dinner to catch up on old times. It was so noisy, it was extremely difficult to hear ourselves speak until the end of the meal when it was late and most of the other diners had left.
Ambiance was a bit frenetic. Food was good, not special. I had an interesting pasta dish with salmon and it was a huge portion. I enjoyed it and the others were satisfied with their meals as well.

nice location in an upscale plaza, busy during the week but we were seated in the bar right away. Even the simplest service requests were ignored. Food was OK, would not return. Waited over 30 minutes for refill on drink, rarely saw the same person wait on us, ordered dessert to go and arrived on a plate - young lady was not pleasant about making the change.
