We stayed 4 nights 9/11 to 9/14/12. We arrived early, 12:30 pm, and they didn't have a room ready (checkin was at 3) but they offered to call us when they had one available. We no sooner got to Walmart in a neighboring town and they called us. When we checked in, the attendant said they were upgrading us to a different room. When we got into the room, it was very nice, but found it wasn't a courtyard suite. So they immediately switched us to one. So we had a door that opened into a small patio which then led into the swimming pool area.

We ate a late lunch in the Rose Hunt restaurant, which is adjacent, not attached. We walked around the restaurant grounds and they were beautifil (will add pics). We were extremely underdressed in the restaurant - luckily is was 3:00 and not busy. We had on shorts and T-shirts - tourists for sure. The lunch was delicious. We got a $20 entree which included dessert. A great value, we thought.

I spent each evening in the hot tub. I don't believe the pool was heated, it felt very cold. On our 4th night, it was pretty warm and I did venture into the pool for about 5 minutes. In the afternoons, they provided water with various fruit in the pool area which hit the spot. Since it was September, I had the pool area mostly to myself for the week, which was very nice.

Our room was located next to the "bar" room but the noice and music of the bar didn't even bother us. We were in Room 168.

The hot breakfast and dinner buffet that were served Mon-Thurs were awesome. A huge variety of hot food, salads, and cookies. Don't expect much in the way of desserts. We took our plates back to our room and ate on the patio since the seating area was very busy.

One day we got back at 4:00 pm and our room was still being cleaned - so we waited on the patio.

The suites were very nice with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, two-burner stove and microwave. The beds and bedding were so comfortable.

A very pleasant experience.

Lovely, spacious rooms with high-end fixtures & bedding. Full buffet breakfast included and Sun-Thurs evenings from 6-7:30, they include a bountiful buffet dinner that was very impressive! We highly recommend this property and will stay there again if we're in that neck of the woods. Only complaint was the air conditioning vent blew directly onto the bed and one couldn't adjust the direction of the air.

The front desk staff was accomodating in every way too.

Room Tip: We asked for a quiet room and received one at the back of the hotel. We never heard a sound from an...

I stayed at the Inn earlier this SUmmer and in 2009. The Facility is still great, but the Staff and Services have definitely upgraded. The daily breakfast was fantastic. I can't say enough of the friendly staff

My husband and I stayed overnight here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The people were all so nice and the accomodations wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the room included a selection of coffees. They seemed to do all these little "extras" to make our stay pleasant. We spent a couple of hours at the pool before dinner and they had carafes of different flavored waters outside. One of the nicest things they did was offer a free shuttle service for us to and from Rare 650, where we chose to have dinner that evening. We will definately stay here again!

This is a really beautiful place with a grand, expansive lobby and very large guest suites. We actually got a great discount for the wedding we were attending as this was the hotel of choice for most of the guests (who weren't staying at Oheka Castle, that is...). I wasn't a huge fan of the exposed sink, placed separately from the toilet and tub as I was staying with my mother and this layout tended to impede on privacy, but it had its pluses along with its minuses. The wardrobe closet complete with a handy safe was really spacious as well. Plus, the hotel offers a FREE breakfast buffet to all guests. Such a thing is unheard of just about everywhere else in New York. My only qualm would be the TV. It was very cleverly attached to a mechanism that made it possible to move it to either the living area of the suite or the bed, but the TV system itself was too difficult to operate. I couldn't figure it out and I'm very familiar with HD and DVRs and all the fun, tech-y stuff we can't seem to live without. I just couldn't get it to work and never got around to asking the desk for help as we were too busy making the wedding rounds to even really watch TV at all. Still, a wonderful hotel, though.

Room Tip: Stay when you have the chance to get a great discount

My husband and I had the opportunity to join friends in the celebration of their daughters wedding. We stayed near the wedding location, The Inn at Fox Hollows. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff upon our arrival was very pleasant and helpful.
We were greeted on arrival by Dan, the Manager. Very professional. Michael at the front desk was spectacular. Our shuttle driver was super. Graham the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Ula, the head of housekeeping was really lovely and sincere.
The dinners were wonderful, they got a new chef recently from what we were told. The breakfast was fine, same thing every morning. Eh.
The gardens are beautiful and breakfast in the Courtyard was really nice. This place is worth a look for anyone who wants a nice, pleasant place that is close to many sites.

We stayed here for two nights before and after a wedding. The room was large with a small kitchen, a king-sized bed, and a bathroom with a bath and toilet and an anteroom with sinks and a closet. There was a nice couch and a flat-screen TV which swiveled to face anywhere in the room. The bed was comfortable and it had enough pillows to smother a horse - most of them ended up on the couch to make room for us on the bed. Our room faced a lovely courtyard, and the included breakfast buffet was a cut above what is usually found in hotels. It was expensive but definitely nicer than a chain hotel. It was a few steps away from the Rose Hunt Restaurant, which I will review separately.
