Had high hopes based on other reviews but was disappointed. Fox Hollow Inn a catering facility that has its own restaurant sometimes called Volpe. If you're happy with catering hall food quality you might like this restaurant. If you want quality restaurant fare go elsewhere. Went on prime rib night. Prime rib was tasteless and seemed like it came from a steamer not freshly carved. Came with mashed potato they must be kidding. Onion soup with a most bland mozzarella on top. Caesar salad made table-side with an earlier prepared concoction. If you can't do it right make it in the kitchen. My wife's whole fish was just OK. The kitchen is focused on catering not gourmet dining.
