We used to be regulars before the new ownership but now we go very infrequently. It used to be like family and all about generosity; oversized drinks, complimentary bruschetta and olives, plenty of bread , etc. The new ownership has a high turnover of personnel so the familiar feeling is gone. They also have a more spartan approach, not so much in the portions, but in the amenities including the choice of sides. We can see that we aren't the only ones that feel this way since you hardly need a reservation any more. Too bad!
