Super 8 Williamsville/Buffalo Airport
Ranked #9 of 12 Hotels in Williamsville

The first room we were given the carpets were torn at the threshold, the capreting between the beds were stained with unknown black clobbs of something. The hotel clerk was quick to get us a new room, this one was much cleaner. It was nice to see we had a bar fridge and microwave, but that did not make up for the old mattresses. Went to get ice, the only machine was broken, again the clerk came to the rescue and got us ice from the back somewhere.
The proximity to Buffalo airport is good, they do have a "free" shuttle service to the airport, UNITL 4:40 A.M. and your daughter goes to board for her 6:00 a.m. flight and all of a sudden they are charging her $10.00 for the service. When we booked it upon arrival and confirmed again when we returned after dinner later that evening there was no mention of any charge. It was decided that since she wasn't leaving a car parked while she was away there would be a $10.00 shuttle fee???????
Next time we will pay the extra $20.00 and stay in a nicer hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a night before flying out of the Buffalo airport. We chose it because it was a good price ($79 plus tax) and included parking for the week and shuttles to and from the airport.
The shuttles were efficient and parking seemed safe but the hotel was very run down! The carpet and wallpaper in the hallways was old and dingy (not to mention mismatched and ugly), the rooms were small, very basic but seemed clean. The bathroom wasn't too bad. The rooms did have a microwave and little fridge. The bedspreads were an old style green and gold pattern with blue sheets on the bed.
We would definately pay a little more next time for a little nicer way to start off our vacation, it felt very budget!
We won't return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

We picked this hotel due to the fact that we had stayed before years ago & it is in the area we wanted. Alot of things happen in a few years, but not alot of cleaning I guess. Filthy rooms ( we booked two), cigarette burns in the comforter but I didn't want to use it anyway. I won't get too into details but it was awful & I won't stay here again. Unfortunatley we stayed here with our parents so it didn't make for the nice comfortable trip we had hoped for. The best thing I can say is the breakfast buffet they have is very nice & there is parking. During the same trip we stayed in a beautiful hotel in downtown Toronto for less (okay -it was through priceline) than this hotel cost us!!

We were looking for a hotel to crash at the night before a flight to Hawaii. We had booked online a hotel in the area of this one that had a room, parking for two weeks and a shuttle service to the Buffalo Airport. When we got to our hotel the power in the area was out due to a storm or whatever and the hotel manager did not know when the power would be back on.
We needed to find a new hotel, fast, that offered the same services and we were unfamiliar with the area.
We fell upon this hotel and are very glad we did!
They had room, parking and fly and a shuttle! And were cheaper than the other one we booked!!!
It was a clean, quiet room, the staff was friendly and efficient. The shuttle was ready when we were and got us to and from the airport on time.
We were very happy with the stay and wonder what people want for less than $100?
We recommend this hotel for anyone looking to fly in and out of BUF.

Stayed here for 2 nights this week and it was just fine. For $53 bucks a night it got us a clean room. It had a pretty comfy bed and new pillows (well they were very fluffy), the shower was AMAZING full flow shower head and wonderful hot water. Sure it wasn't the ritz, but the only real complaint we had was the planes flying overhead at 6:30am, which was not the hotels fault, just near an air port. For someone on a budget this will do just fine. Breakfast was also included. The coffee wasn't the best, they do have make your own waffles though. I would highly suggest you skip the juice, it was brutal. If you want "high class" keep looking, for a down to earth campy person this will be fine.

i would strongly suggest not staying at this hotel. this is a 2 storey building with *no* elevator.
we stayed here for the park and fly. that was a mistake. the shuttle driver advised us to call the front desk when we arrived back at the airport before we obtained our luggage so he could arrive quickly without a wait. so i called the front desk and when he found out we didn't have our luggage yet, he said we'd have to call back when we did, after explaining that the driver advised us to do this, he hung up on me!. we called back after getting our luggage and were told that the van was dispatched when we called the first time. we waited 45 mins before the driver showed up, and the hotel was 3 miles away from the airport. the driver told us he only received the dispatch 10 mins prior to attending, and that the new younger management don't seem to understand customer service. my time is just as precious as theirs, but we had already paid, so what can u do other than prevent someone else from making this mistake by staying there

My wife and I went on a shopping trip with two other couples and we picked the Econo lodge mainly because of the lower cost . We did read all of the reviews beforehand and we were concerned as to the conditions of our rooms? However the reviews of most other establishments (that were more expensive) were not that great either, so we decided to continue on with our plans to stay here. At check-in we decided before moving our luggage in for all of us to check out our rooms expecting that we may find some of the horrors that was detailed in the past reviews and to our surprise we found all three rooms to be adequate. The floors were clean and we did not find any mold in the showers as what other reports stated.
Yes, the quality of the rooms were certainly not a scale that you would expect from a higher class motel, but for $49.00 a night, they were OK.
I noticed on one of the chairs in our rooom a small cigerette burn, obviously from a previous guest in the past and we later noticed one of the outer sheets on our bed had a small tear but then again, they were clean. The staff was very friendly.
All in all we were fine with our stay and the cost certainly was appreciated as we were on a shopping trip and were only in the rooms to basically sleep, so the savings was a big help.
We all are indeed concerned with making sure that we don't have to sleep in filth and again, our rooms were fine but for some...maybe that is not good enough for them?
I am not disputting any of the other comments as they could well be true? But for our stay at that particular time, was OK with us. If we were going to stay at a resort area then this establishment would not be suitable for us for that kind of vacation, but for a weekend shopping trip, lent this to be an OK place to stay.
