“Dirty”
Reviewed August 22, 2010

This hotel is in dire need of refurbishing. The carpets were dirty, the chair was really dirty and the room needed updating and painting. The only good thing about the room was theat the bed was comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was only big enough to take 6 people and there was 7 in our party. Pick up at the airport was a very long wait. I would not use this hotel again.

Stayed just 1 night and found our room very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and we also used the pool area. The breakfast was provided in a clean and organized fashion without any problems. My husband like the idea that coffee was sevrved 24 hours a day. The only complaint i had was that while we were in our room watching TV we had to turn the volume up loud enough so we couldn't hear the people in the next room. The walls are too thin between rooms. Also we did see a mouse outside the doorway as we were packing up our car to leave. He may have just stopped by as there was a large grass area close by...unfortunatley iam glad i saw him when i was leaving rather than arriving. All around a nice place to stay and close to alot of areas for shopping etc.

The hotel is a great value and easy enough to get to from I-90. It was very quiet, rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast bar was neat, tidy and very clean. They had hot waffles, with strawberries and whip cream, nice selection of breads, pastries as well as hard boiled eggs and fruit salad. Unfortunately when packing up I found a old t-shirt that was just under the bed and it didn't look like the housekeeper had done a real bang up job vacuming -but the rest of the room was clean. The manager apologized profusely and if I hadn't booked through expedia most likely would have recieved a discount. Very decent stay.

Checked Tripadvisor for other reviews before choosing to stay here. A basic airport hotel. A little on the old side, but the room was clean and tidy. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast with usual muffins, waffles, scrambled eggs (lousy), and sausage (good), etc. It was used for an overnight stay prior to flying out of town. Firdge, microwave, coffemaker. Indoor pool and jacuzzi, business center, wifi. Picked up a Picasso's mushroom pizza from just down the road that was very tasty. Plenty of other food choices around. Five minutes from the airport. I'd use them again if the rate was right.

Very good value for the money. Pretty typical for this sort of hotel (comfort inn, Sleep inn, days inn, red roof inn, and the like.)

Inexpensive. Close to the airport (maybe 2 miles), with shuttle service available. Rooms are utilitarian, but clean.

Breakfast is sub-par for this kind of hotel - coffee and bread (fine) - those hotel waffles where they provide batter and the waffle iron (also fine) - but absolutely inedible scrambled eggs, no fruit, juice from one of those machines. Also cold cereal and instant oatmeal.

Nice (small) pool and hot-tub on the first floor.

No elevator to the second floor, and they will not guarantee a first floor room.

They turned off my room key after one night... I'm not good on stairs, so was unhappy to schlep back to the front desk for a fix.

Free wifi - came up immediately with no hassles, and stayed up. Nice.

I will stay there again.... but will make an effort to have breakfast elsewhere!

Although they call it a hotel, it is actually a motel as there are only 2 floors and no elevator. They also offer shuttle service to the airport but unlike other hotels that offer the service starting at 4:00am, their service doesn't start until 6:00am. They forget to tell you that when you book.
When asking for a wake up call, make sure they write the time next to the correct room. I almost missed my flight as my wake up call never came. The alarm clock I set for back up didn't work either.
On a good note, the lobby was lovely and the bed was comfortable as were the 2 choices of pillows. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and brought me a toothbrush when I discovered I had forgotten mine.
If you require a quiet room to sleep in, this is not the "hotel" for you as the traffic noise is almost unbearable.

This was my second stay at this motel with the first being a few weeks ago. Last time I came alone and stayed in a one queen bed nonsmoking suite. This time I came with my kids and had a two queen bed nonsmoking room (husband stayed home). Both stays have been very comfortable.

We stayed here due to the closeness to the airport. Parking wasn't a problem (Rental cars were used both times). Their only downfall is that they only had around 15 tv channels to choose from.

The price was great (I had the Sam's Club price, think $56 before tax. I heard the prices can be higher when around holidays or other special events in town). They had free wine, soda and cheese from 5PM-7PM (I think only during the week). The front desk person was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The breakfast was great as other reviewers had mentioned.

We will continue to choose this motel over the others in the area when flying in and out of Buffalo.
