"Kyle", the life-size wax butler greets customers near the front desk. Check in was extremely fast and friendly. Despite close proximity to the airport and Thruway, the room was very quiet. Oddly enough, you could hear hallway conversation, but the walls and floors are solid. King room was very large. Sink area separate from toilet and shower. It's a good sign to see flight crews staying here.
Unique: A DND/housekeeping button illuminates in your room and in the hallway (see picture). Controls in the walk-in shower allow you to select your temperature to the degree (in Farenheit). Dispensers provide shampoo, shower gel, soap & lotion. In the dining area, smart placement of the waffle station eliminated the typical congestion. Staff engaged breakfast patrons in polite conversation. Sunday paper waiting outside the door.More
