Great hotel. Great staff. Room was clean, neat and ready to go on our arrival. Only an hour from the falls, but worth the travel time. there are plenty of restaurants located north on Transit Road (it is very busy on a Friday night).

Room Tip: Watch where you step in the small grassy areas. Again pet owners need to clean up after their pets.

room was neat, clean and quiet. breakfast was nice. problem with keycard each night but desk clerk handled and apologized. Television was not sturdy on its stand, which minimized ability to view (needed repair). Good experience overall and would consider staying there again

But, when was the last time anyone actually cleaned the room? The bed was clean, as was the toilet and sink, but once in awhile could they clean the baseboards, and look up and clean the cobwebs out of the corners? The rug was ripped, and the shower head was crying for caulking,
They had about 6 pillows on the bed, a small desk with chair and a guest chair. No place to put the pillows or your luggage. Same thing in the bathroom, nowhere to put a towel near the shower, or a hook to hang your clothes. And what about a vent so you can see in the mirror after your shower? FYI this place was over $150. on a Friday night. Oh, and paper thin walls, all added up to a great stay!

After the Holiday Inn gave my reserved room to someone else, we ended up here. The room we had was clean and spacious. The room seemed well maintained and the air-conditioner got the room nice and cold (perfect sleeping conditions). We stayed on the first floor, and I'd recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling with pets. We stayed just one night, but I would be willing to return.

I was driving down transit road after stopping at the super8 hotel and leaving after I checked into my room, I found this La Quinta inn hotel and asked to check the room first before paying. There was an African American male (Jerome/Germaine) working behind the desk. He was extremely polite and even walked me to the room. The rooms AC was already turned on and it was very clean to my surprise. I enjoyed this hotel very much nice flat screen TVs and very comfortable peaceful rooms! In the morning I received a receipt under my door like the bigger named hotels do. VERY VERY NICE PLACE I WILL ONLY STAY HERE from now on while I visit Niagara falls and surrounding area. A+++

Room Tip: The entire hotel is very peaceful and clean

We drive from Arizona to Vermont (and back) every year. We try to stay at La Quinta Inns because of their pet policy. We have stayed at this LQ several times. They have a separate hall for those with dogs, with quick access to the outside. It is a little older than most LQs, but it is well maintained. The gentleman at the front desk is a treasure. Breakfast is typical of LQs: waffles, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, breakfast breads.
One of the nice touches are the freshly baked cookies in the afternoon.

Room Tip: Let them know in advance if you have dogs with you.
